This is a spacious fully furnished flat ( 35m2) with a fully equipped kitchen, an electrically adjustable bed, convertible sofa bed , roll-in shower and a tv+internet connection. It has two elevators and is owned by a paraplegic journaliste using a power wheel-chair .

Located in a very central and wheelchair accessible neighbourhood ( Montparnasse) , accessible public transportation + direct lines to CDG+ORLY airports .

Door of elevators : 65 cm .
Bathroom doors : 80 cm
Bed height's from floor to mattress : 45 cm
Toilet height : 50 cm

Mme Lor writes: The neighbourhood is perfect for wheelchairs .There's a supermarket downstairs, and it's very easy to get around- wide sidewalks . Since sidewalks in Paris are negotiable , it's a very good location to start a walk and to get to central places by wheelchair .

Public transportation includes accessible buses :
No 38 goes to Luxemberg gardens , Quartier latin , Chatelet , Gare du nord .
No 62 goes to China Town , Bibliotheque Francois Mitterand , Bercy .
No 88 ( right around the corner ) goes to Gare Montparnasse .

Metro : Denfert Rochereau . line RER B goes to CDG airport . As well as Chatelet-les Halles .
