Located on Florida Pines, near Orlando, Florida, the villa has been adapted for wheelchair access. The Bennets have a number of weeks available to rent the villa throughout the year.

According to the couple, their villa has a slope to the front door, and all doorways have been widened for wheelchair access. There is a roll-in shower in one of the master en-suites, as well as a hand rail.

There is also a private screened pool, which is not backed onto by any other property, which maximizes privacy. The pool is equipped with a handrail to assist access.
