4. INTREPID TRAVELERS

Don’t miss Julie Schwietert Collazo’s excellent “Does the World Discriminate Against Disabled Travelers?” in the latest update of “Brave New Traveler.” While not disabled herself, Collazo interviews two long-term wheelchair backpackers, Walt Balenovich and Dave Wilkins, who give new meaning to the word “intrepid.”
